I’ve been looking for a new job recently, and 80% of these entry-level job listings don’t even tell me what they pay.
Do they honestly expect anyone to apply at a Wendy’s during a worker’s shortage when they won’t even be honest about their pay? They refuse to be humbled!! They all have a long list of requirements with no incentives whatsoever.
I refuse to apply to a job where it’s not listed, and I also don’t apply to the ones that have an estimated pay because I know they will low ball me as much as they can. This process is so stressful.
