I'm not sure if this is the right place, but here we go.
I recently found myself unemployed and started the job search. In doing so I found a company that perfectly lines up with my wants and needs in a job. (Small office, great work/life balance, 2-3 days WFH a week after training). I had my second interview with them yesterday, and on the drive home I got an offer of employment from my second choice. (Second due to lacking WFH and pay). They've requested a response by Wednesday, but I want to give my first choice a chance at making a decision. I have a paralyzing fear of people waiting on me, and I'm just trying to figure out the best way to navigate the limbo period waiting on choice 1 without burning a bridge with choice 2.
