Job won’t give me a raise so I’ve been not working for months.

I bust(ed) my ass for my job. I make $20/hour and generate hundreds of thousands in revenue. I am by far the most productive on my team. My supervisor quit suddenly two years ago and I stepped up and took on a lot of her work for about eight months, including helping train the new boss. I didn’t complain. I didn’t get a raise, either. This year they increased the cost of our health insurance by $3000. They denied me a raise last year because of ??? (my evaluations are always great, but they said something something economy). This year they’re avoiding talking about it or my bonus. They also denied me a promotion to a different job with more money because I’m “too good” at my current job, and instead gave it to an outside hire. In response, I’ve basically stopped working. In response, I’ve basically stopped working. I WFH and we don’t have those trackers yet (they’re coming in June) so they can’t see my mouse clicks and shit like that. I open up my laptop, punch in, and go nap for two hours. I do maybe an hour of work each day. Been doing this for six months and my boss has no idea. My other coworkers are so slow that she can’t even tell. I’ve asked her to check if she’s suspicious or keeping track but she always says I’m her “star” employee and doing great. She does know I’m unhappy—after I lost the promotion she asked the hiring manager to explain why and to offer me “additional training” on my own time. I declined. I was more than qualified for the job, and I’m not doing free work.

Maybe this is bratty or entitled. I am lucky to WFH, but minimum wage in my state is $15/hour, and I make these people gobs of money. I’m looking for something else but it’s going to suck no matter what, so.
