I am a recent college graduate hunting for my first professional job. I can't even count the amount of shitty entry level jobs that want you to complete some pointless mind numbing test after applying to make yourself “standout” when in reality its just a huge waste of time. Who the fuck do these companies think they are where they expect you to set aside 30+ minutes (completely unpaid mind you) to complete some useless skills test?
Not only is it a total waste of time but seriously demeaning as well. I am a college graduate, but you still want me to take some test on “how to interact with customers”? Go fuck yourself.
