The cost of living will keep going up in the U.S. no matter what. Our politicians do not want to put a price cap on what businesses can ask for, so in order to keep shareholders happy, businesses will increase prices every single year (most businesses actually increase prices every holiday season and there are multiple holiday seasons in a year).
Your income will go up at a much slower rate than the cost of living. This means your income will not keep up with the cost of living and eventually you wont be able to afford shelter anything else really AT ALL and you will be forced to be homeless or live with family and/or “friends” because of this.
This is not a matter of IF this is a matter of WHEN. It will happen to the majority of working class people if nothing changes.
