So I'm a new hire but my Starbucks is one of the top performers in the state. Getting the news that our hours will be gutted is obviously concerning. My management is delightful, I obviously don't blame them and the staff is 90% top notch. (Higher than average based on experience.) I want to help them, I want to help me. I want everyone's hard work to be rewarded. Is that possible or am I a fucking idiot?
