-First real job after graduate school.
-Worked for the company 5 years under different roles and was currently in a management role.
-Had a meeting with the CEO back in December where they gave me an End of the year 'Employee Retention' Bonus.
-I report directly to VPs and Directors at the company and never once had any issues, warnings or complaints about me or the work that I did.
-Was scheduled to travel next week for a project and had flights booked and everything.
-I was asked for a meeting today with the CEO and VP who told me they were restructuring the organization and that my position was being eliminated and effective immediately I was finished with the organization.
What is life? lol.
