I've been at my current marketing job for 9 months. They make me commute to the office 5 days a week despite other employees being fully remote or hybrid, and I only make $20/hour.
I found a job with the exact same title, doing the exact same thing in the exact same industry that's fully remote and pays so much more. I got the first interview and I'm the only one they've interviewed so far with the experience in that specific field.
There's no reason why my current job can't be like that.
Fuck these cheapskate controlling companies. Find something that will treat you better! They exist! Use other listings to your advantage! Get what you deserve!
