Currently we have entitled, slave-driver, business owners who scream into the void about laziness and bitching about a “labor shortage” because their shit business is being bucked off the backs of people who are finally fed up with not being able to make a living wage or even be treated as fucking human beings…. but meanwhile, my spouse has seen nothing but rejection letter after rejection letter. Even the shittiest of the shit throw away jobs have turned their noses up.
“Obviously that's their fault” right? What are they doing wrong?! Let's see – they have a lengthy work history of working up from entry level into assistant manager, full manager, operations manager, and ending in assistant general manager. No firings, no insubordination, no bad references. So what happened? Oh. What's this gap in employment? Oh shit, you had a KID?!? You need us to be compassionate towards having to pick up your kid from daycare on time?!? WE'RE A BUSINESS NOT A CHARITY!
