Definitely not busy enough for a 2nd person in my department, I’m doing my job 100% not missing a single thing. I do dispatching I don’t leave anything behind. All my boss does is complain about expenses and the job posting has the pay way lower then what I make. I’m just confused here. I think I’m being replaced for cheaper labor. Also I feel like it’s kind of disrespectful to post it out there in public and not say anything to me
