i got a job at the local hardware store but after four months of constant stress with horrible customers (i got called a nazi for wearing a required mask), getting stuck in a bad work romance that was kind of fun at first but turned into a nightmare lmao too long to explain, and also they just had me doing everything because i was willing to do anything to make time go by fast.
the one manager i liked left & things just went downhill. i decided to just stop going. the manager on duty texted me saying i had to bring back all my work clothes & pamphlets they gave me upon hire. i said oh word! had my dad drop it off otw to the grocery store. i went shopping while he did it.
saw another manager on her break while i was grocery shopping. she circled in on me like an eagle and the finally poked her out at the end of the aisle and pulled her mask down to glare at me then walked away. lol i was high asf so i just stared and smiled under my mask.
interesting experience for sure.
