Short background:
I'm working as a temporary worker (essentially independent contractor under the law) and have been complaining to my contract holder about this site since day 2 when I was placed here 6 weeks ago.
30 mins ago I sent an email to the office manager at the temp company that holds my contract

In regards to to this contract.
It has been over a month
XXXX Transport POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, DRESS CODE & UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS
Safety: You will receive an on-site safety orientation on your first day of work.
Emergencies: In the case of a facility-wide emergency (i.e. fire), meet at the designated muster point. You will be informed of the muster point location by your supervisor.Has not been met; after being on this site for more than 4 weeks I do not feel safe working with the other employees who also have told me they have not received this training. This is beside the constant bullying by the full time rosenue employees of the temporary workers; there has not been a single day where I have not seen at temp yelled at by at least one of the rosenue employees for not being trained on site expectations.
This is ontop of the site being unable to provide gloves, pens, clipboards and other equipment required to do the job.
Please contact me because untill these issues are resolved I will not be returning to this site on the grounds that it's unsafe and they are unable to meet their obligations in the contract.
