Kroger worker with a 4 day work week agreement management is now going back on.

Hi there, I am a Kroger part-time Nightstock worker that over the holidays made an arrangement with management after my job regularly had me clocking over 40 hours. I specifically signed up for part time work and have turned down 3 promotions to full time. The arrangement was to only be scheduled 4 days a week, 8 hour days so 32 hours in total and most of the time I have been clocking 30-36 which I am happy with, but now they are starting to go back on that agreement and scheduling me for 5 days a week again when we have 2 open full time positions that have yet to be posted to Krogers internal jobs board.

I would rather not find a new job cause I don’t want to risk having to deal with a potential shitty supervisor somewhere else. When right now I can mentally handle dealing with the shitty managers

Should I just not show up on the days they scheduled me when I am supposed to be off, just tell them I didn’t see the schedule change.
