We all know this. The labor shortage is so fabricated. I have applied to 30 positions I am easily qualified for and been ghosted. I am getting to the point where I am applying to positions paying half of what I am worth and am grossly overqualified for to see what happens. Anyone else dealing with unwarranted rejections based on experience?
