TLDR at bottom
As the title says i'm a laborer atm, i work in a factory and make ok money for the rural area 14.50. I cought covid back in 2020 didn't have it to bad and lost taste for half a year, however since then i catch everything and have missed soo much work i'm sure im going to lose my job at some point probably sooner than later.
I know i wont be able to go into another factory/labor job getting sick almost every month or 2. I am hoping someone can tell me what jobs i can try and get into where i can hopefully work from home and have less of a chance to catch something.
I've pretty much been working since out of high school. I'm 35 have a wife and 1 y/o i know how to use a computer quite well, most my hobbies are on a computer. I have half a year in retail, half a year as a emt, 10 years as custodial, 10 years as security, 2 years management, 4 years as a driver, and 2 years as a factory worker. I've had a few times i worked more than 1 job.
Also i can't drive professionally anymore developed some type of issue where i will fall asleep while making long drives (more than 2 hours less if i am already tired) not diagnosed but i literally know i will kill someone if i get back into driving so i won't.
TLDR: I'm afraid i'll lose my job and wont be able to work around people anymore. What remote jobs can a no degree having blue collar smuck try and get into?
