And I'm honestly fucking tired of it. All my coworkers say “nobody wants to work”. Ok? Maybe management should make the system more user friendly or change up training. People obviously are working because everyone has bills they're just choosing not to work here. Why aren't more companies questioning themselves and what it is about their work place that pushes people away???
