Hello- I am new here so idk if this is the correct area but I recently got laid off with a 60 day “paid” trial period then our severance pay for years worked (not much at all ) We basically are only given the paid trial while we remain unemployed and it really worries me. It’s a catch 22 because if I wait till I receive all the money no one guarantees I will find a job right away but if I look for one now I can say good bye to the money that I should receive. Been to 2 interviews where they want to pay me 13.50 or 15 am hour but not full time ️ and I had to fill my tank yesterday at 5.09 a gallon ughhhh everything is a mess. Once I see this through I’ll update how they laid us off because let me tell you it was just not right
