Double the salary cuts because of late issues (ok. Not going to be absent)
Stricter policies on leaves (well…lol ok. Dont give a shit)
At this point, I dont really know. What to do. I mean I do make more than this job as a freelancer. The only thing I am interested in lesser effort and pay. This is a fucking side hustle for me. So this place can go fuck itself to be honest.
Just in here for money. Besides my manager is good. Other things are just bullcrap.
