Leaving job to travel and spend time with my dog… am I mad?

I (30m) work in PR which I find incredible unfulfilling but am lucky enough to have saved up around £45,000 and also own a property which I can rent out. My job is very easy and is relatively well-paid but it still fills me with dread when I think about all the things I’m missing out on… that surf camp, a road trip around the USA, spending time with my amazing dog before he gets too old. I’m desperate to leave but keep on postponing it out of fear that I’m not going to be like everyone else and ergo must be doing something wrong. Should I just do it?
