I don’t normally post here but I’m just excited! So the company I work for is notorious for miscommunication and terrible management. I’ve put up with it for almost two years and I’m done. Miscommunication happens in every part of the store and management. Due to miscommunication, I have been screamed at by several customers for things that are not my fault. Management prefers to protect the customers over my well-being. And I’m done. I had a customer yell at me because I had no idea she had an order to pick up (because no one tells me anything). I kept telling her “it’s not my station I do not know about your order or where it is but the person on that station will be back soon.” More yelling. I finally had enough and just left. Oh! And my department head was right there and could’ve helped me out and calmed the situation down but no. I started applying to places early this week and I have two interviews lined up this coming Monday.
I’m grateful that this sub has opened my eyes to the fact that abuse is not acceptable. So, thanks guys!
