Left a great company who put too much on my plate then refused to pay me for my time

Honestly guys… Just looking for some logic and advice. Happy to answer any clarifying questions as well. Been with said company for a year. Company lied about position from beginning by giving false information about the job description. Wasnt happy but decided to stay a year with company. Things started getting a little better so thought I'd stay. Lead trainer, SOP builder, have basically built every plan we utilize today without the title, and without a thank you. I have the same title as the rest of our team and these people had the audacity to ask me to put together a plan for the group moving forward?? 🤣 the audacity.

Honestly dont feel that Ive been treated fairly. Sad to leave a company w so much opportunity but it's not worth it to stay somewhere working so hard to be treated like a second class citizen.

Any words of advice from yall? Im proud of myself but from the way theyve been treating me since I put in my notice I feel like I'm being used and like maybe I did something wrong here?

Wanted to keep the door open to future opportunities under different leadership but seriously considering just being done.

All comments and thoughts appreciated.
