Left a terrible job after two weeks and now doing much better

I recently left a job that didn't give a shit about it's employees, would ask me to do more for no additional pay, and had no paid maternity leave but claimed to be a “family-centered” company. I quit and embraced being unemployed for about two months until I found the job I'm at now. They didn't have me fill out an application on top of sending my resume. The interview was literally:

“Are you looking to start soon?”

That was it.

Two weeks later was my start date and now they give us two WFH days. I realized I am more productive at home, so sometimes I take a WFH day off schedule of my two and no one notices/cares. In the past, I would offer up help for basic tech tasks in the office, but now I stay quiet because that's not my job. Anytime I am asked to do something outside my direct job description, I say no. I'm now in the top group and up for a pay raise because I show up and do the work that I was hired to do. Now I will be doing slightly more but will be paid to do so.
