I called BBB and explained my situation, however they did not follow up on the report since it was under a certain dollar threshold. et the salad and go back a second time.
My manager told me I had to paid for the salad since It arrived late and not fresh. I argued that people forget shit at the store all the time, why do I have to pay for it? I know I screwed up but we were super busy and in a rush to get orders delivered.
Anyways my manager (store owner) says that I have to pay the store for that mistake as a delivery driver. I refused and quit on the spot.
