Legal limitations for consecutive days worked in the US

Hi all, I'm just wondering if the US has any laws regarding how many consecutive days you are allowed to work. I had previously heard it was one day off in a two-week period but can't find anything that states that. If anything, I haven't found any laws regarding a maximum number of days you can legally work. I only ask because I do six-week rotations on the road and we are expected to work every single day. Our schedule is 10-hour days and we often exceed 10 hours a day. My occupation is extremely dangerous, very stressful, and physically exhausting and frankly I'm sick of this shit. I make good money but it's not worth it. I should make at least double what I do.
