Wasn't sure where to actually post this one. I'm getting pushback about wage discussion at my work and am curious if there is any supporting legislation I can directly quote or link to. I'm in Ontario, Canada. There was a piece of legislation that was canned by our conservative government in 2018/2019, which would have been exactly what i needed, so if anything there might be some obscure line in a piece of existing legislation.
The best thing I was able to find is an article on Monster.ca which doesn't really link to any direct data. There are also lots of other discussions on various forums I said that say it is not allowed to be forbidden, but again, no actual law or anything that I can directly quote it seems like.
