Had two opportunities come up in the past year to increase my salary by 10k-15k. first would require driving to work 30 min each way (instead of WFH) and mandated staying late on busy days. Second would have me manage 3 people and have a work phone and work long hours as needed. A 10k increase diminishes as you make more so thankfully I'm not making 20s or 30s anymore. Of course more money would be nice but is it worth it? I rather be done at 5pm and have dinner with the Fam.
