My previous posts go over my toxic work environment and how I negotiated my way out. The paperwork does not say I quit nor does it say I was fired. I did not (nor could they try to make me) give up my right to collect unemployment. Or at least to file for it. My severance pay ended yesterday. I applied for unemployment today. The question is whether they fight it or not. I'm reasonably certain they won't, but you never know.
