Let’s talk about jobs with a commission.

I see everyday people here and around me struggling to make ends meet even if they have a degree because they can't find jobs that pay more than 20/ hr. Let me introduce you to the world of commission pay. Depending on the job your salary can be 30-90k a year and will give you bonuses on top of that based on how much you sell. This way the harder you work, the more it benefits YOU rather than it only benefits the company that you work for. If you only want to do the bare minimum, thats fine you will make a similar amount to now and probably a bit more; however, the more you work(optional not forced) the more you can make for yourself. The top three that I can think of are real estate agents, traveling salesmen, and the hidden gem -> dental sales. Dental sales is…

Dental sales is one of the least talked about industries because it is not well known. People think that dentists just buy things from a manufacturer. Well, they cant. You don't need a degree to work it and they tend to pay pretty well. They also pay for your car in a lot of cases.

Now, you may be thinking, “but Bobtheglob71, I don't know shit about the dental industry”. Well, most don't, and most salesmen don't either. Half the shit I sell I have no fucking clue what it is or how to use it, I just say it's the best out there and people will buy it. You don't need any experience to work this job nor do you need a degree.

Some companies that different people in my family have worked for that have treated them well and paid well are, Shofu, henry shein, SS white, and Straumann. The average salary in these jobs are around 40k and the average commission is around 60k. Unlike real estate agents, you don't have to take a course or pass a test, you just do it.

Good luck y'all, and even if this doesn't sound like the job for you, commission-based jobs are where its at.
