A few coworkers have been trying to get me fired at work; so, my boss advised me to apologize to them and ask what I can improve to become a better colleague for them; I did what exactly he told me to. They rejected my apology and gave me a very hard time.., they did not explain me why they do not like me and what I can change to make it more comfortable for them to work with me. I looked back to my boss; now I am again following his advice to write a letter of apology to them. What would be something that could write to make them willing to work with me?
I can’t afford to lose this job. I have a job coach through federal disability service; I shared with her my fear that the need to make accommodations for disability might be the reason. If that is the case, I have no way of changing it, so maybe I can explain them how sorry I am to cause such an inconvenience but express how essential this job is for me? Any thought on this? I would appreciate any helpful advice/idea for the letter. I want to save my job. I have no pride, no dignity, I just want to be able to put foods on table for my family.
