I’m honestly thinking of lying to get a senior/management position. You can’t tell me they haven’t done it some managers are so out of touch with reality they don’t even know what day it is nor do they have empathy or the mental capacity to lead. So what do y’all think? If you know you can do the job or at least want to give it a shot and nobody is giving it to you shouldn’t we just take matters into our own hands if you have the determination and drive to do so?
