Long Covid and the 4 day week

For some time I’ve been reading about experiments with 4 day work weeks on full pay. Seems like lots of positive feedback on these. But I’ve also been reading a lot recently about the impact of long Covid on the workforce. The higher level of infections we have ongoing the more chance of more people getting long Covid, and some of them being unable to work. Some people seem to be theorising that this is one of the factors for the high vacancies / low unemployment in some places (such as the UK). What’s the likelihood of this eating up capacity that would otherwise have led to reforms like 4 day weeks? *I must note this is only one and not the most significant downside of widespread long Covid. My thoughts are with those of you experiencing it.
