Honestly this annoys me beyond words
I like to be busy, I don't like work but if I'm there all day then I'd like to be occupied. But when it's quiet and there's not a lot going on, you're not allowed to sit down or even think of getting a coffee etc. Checking your phone would be the devil's sin. The constant reminders that you're being watched on CCTV mean you have to sweep an already swept floor and count buttons until something comes about.
This is the biggest irritant to every job I've ever had lol
