So it was because I was scheduled outside my availability and the manager refused to work with me about it. I quit and was able to enjoy the 4th weekend. But looking back would he still not work with me if the time off I requested was something more serious than a vacation.
Hypothetically if I still worked with him and had a family member pass away would he still expect me to work during the funeral? Given how he refused to cooperate when it was him who scheduled me outside my availability?
