Anyone else every be so sick of your job that this has been you? I work landscape and my boss is all over the place and extremely disorganized.
These last two weeks him and his family are in Greece (thanks to business sky miles card) and we are all out of crap to do. He hates letting anyone take control of any project and has to make every single call.
It’s more than clear that he has no intent on growing the company and creating opportunities of growth with in.
So here I am looking up new career options. Trying to break out of the trades.
