Looking to leave my HR job soon but have only been there for 9 months. What should I do?

I started my career in HR about 9 months ago with a third party logistics company for a warehouse. Before that, I was in recruiting. I was trying to stick it out at this job, but everyone just got a $2/hr raise, but my dept. I was not happy about this, and I spoke to my manager and even the manager after her and all I was told was that they would look into it and then Crickets. I followed up a week later, and still nothing. On top of that, I can't take a day off and not work since I am the only HR rep on site. So even if I ask for vacation and/or PTO, I still have to login and pull payroll reports because I do not have anyone else to help me. On top of that, I can't take a day off and not work since I am the only HR rep on site. So even if I ask for vacation and/or PTO, I still have to login and pull payroll reports because I do not have anyone else to help me. Not only am I doing my job, but the safety coordinator's job as well since he left a few months ago. And yes, they all know.

I do like Human resources, and would like to stay in the field, but the main thing that is holding me back, is that I only have 9 months in this job, and before that, almost 1 1/2 years in recruiting at a call center, and my job before that, 1 year in recruiting at a agency(contract).

I know that is not a long time, and I do not want to look like a job hopper, but my last job literally only gave 1% raises, which was terrible. So here are my choices:

  1. Put down the 9-10 month long HR job on my resume and hope for the best.
  2. Don't put down the job at all and see what I can get.
  3. Put down the job but stretch the dates out to be at least two years(Unethical, I know)

It really frustrates me that everyone(even our temporary workers!) got a raise and I didn't. Worse part was that I had to have everyone sign their pay increase form. I am literally so angry about this, between this and the lack of work/life balance, I am so over this job. What should I do?
