I’ve worked as a commercial lender at a bank for 2 years. I stated the week covid shutdowns began. I feel I have learned quickly but covid has changed the natural flow of things. I was asked to cover as the president of a market an hour away due to a termination. 2/3 days a week there plus my normal responsibilities from Oct-mid January. I was offered to move there to become the market president, but had just bought a house where I am now and my fiancé and I didn’t want to move. I am also the president of a non profit in town.
When I was hired, I was promised “about $50k salary, plus bonus”. I have received a 2.5% raise each of my 2 years, and a $1,000 bonus. I have never even touched $50,000. Is this a typical salary? Or am I getting screwed m
