I bartend. I work hard and am great at my job, but because I'm for fair wages and safe working conditions, management has been pushing back hard on me. After today's pointless lecture, I got this in an email:
Just wanted to recap the stuff we've been talking about:
•Multitasking. Constantly working toward the end goal, while still being able to talk to guests etc.
•Starting tasks and seeing them to completion before starting the next task. Moving in a linear fashion to expedite processes.
Anyone else see how this makes no sense or am I crazy??
