Manager at minimum wage job offering ‘sweeties and chocolates’ if we get a certain amount of results an hour

I actually can't believe the absolute gall of some of these minimum wage managers. I'm sure you're not getting sweeties and chocolates if we hit the targets? Can't believe I’m being patronised in order to make his bonus fatter, is my landlord going to accept chocolate for rent?
