I hate my manager so much. When I first came here, all the other coworkers told me about her anger issues and that as long as you're not on her bad sad, things will be fine.
But without talking to me at all, she reduced my days in half. Apparently, she had a meeting with all the workers and told them that they've been lacking in performance. And then she said that from now on, scheduling would be based on performance.
I wasn't working that day. I wasn't even scheduled to work that day. I had to hear about this from another coworker. She hasn't email me anything about it and this meeting happened three days ago. I wish she would've talked to me first at least.
For clarification, this is retail job.
