I realized today that my manager is changing my Time card to end exactly at my scheduled EOS time, despite the fact that I am always working 15-20 minutes over because I am still on a call or working. We’re expected to take calls exactly up until EOS and leaving the queue before is a fireable offense. It adds up as at least 150 minutes over a pay period, which would be considered OT too.
Is it dumb saying something or bringing it up in the long run? I brought it up to my coworker who noticed the same thing but didn’t think it was a big deal
