Manager is a bully, HR department no longer exists.

I need to get out of here, and soon. I work for a small company where one person was the entire HR department. Her last day was Friday. My manager has been bullying me for the entire time I’ve worked there, I have been applying for jobs for the past two weeks and I can’t get a response from most employers.
