Manager thinks I’m only picking up the “easy” tickets

I work in support and take chat requests and handle some internal ticket requests. My manager was looking at individual performance and hinted to me that I've only been picking up the easy tickets because I can solve most of them in the same day whereas my coworkers take a lot longer on their tickets. I'm not trying to throw shade, my coworkers are smart, but I was a software dev for a decade before taking this job so when I get a ticket, especially if it's related to code, I can debug that shit pretty quick. If my manager thinks I'm only taking the easy tickets, all they're doing is encouraging me to play dumb and take my time resolving tickets. I'm only working 20 hour weeks now but I guess I'm dropping it down to 10 hours if they think I'm being too efficient.
