Managers ignoring my availability

My manager had an accident so we have a stand in manager currently, she did the schedule for next week and put me in for a shift that is outside my availability. I swapped shifts with my coworker and informed her of my availability, it had to change in December and has never been an issue since then. However, this acting manager has decided it’s an issue and responded to my message with “can we have a chat regarding this? I’ll see you Monday” It’s so frustrating because I know she’s trying to manipulate me into changing something that is out of my hands! I don’t know what I can say to make her see that my availability is still good, we’re open 7am to 7pm and my availability is 8am to 7pm but apparently that isn’t good enough now?
