Unless you are talking about an ACTUAL slave or slave conditions, this word is entirely inappropriate to use if you are attempting to relate it to bad pay, lousy healthcare, rude managers, long hours, etc. None of these things in any way, shape, or form, resembles anything that actual slaves have gone through and it’s really offensive to toss that word around so casually.
