Ever since the pandemic and working from home is mandatory, for two years I've been paying attention to my spouse's office daily meetings. They often throw useless and meaningless sentences in every meeting which makes me chuckle.
Sentences like: “It's a privilege to be part of this rich conversation, let's touch base soon on the next steps.” or “Love it if you could update us on your status since our last meeting” then followed by robust Q&A which answers are available on the shared documents then request for more unnecessary documents. Then two years later they didn't progress or even have a concrete result from any of that meetings. Other silly jargon like “holistic approach”, “on the same page”, “paradigm shift”, “let's unpack that”, “on an upward trajectory” and much more!
