If I were to hire a sales or production employee based on merit, what is the anti work sentiment?
For example, if I were to hire a sales employee that would receive 25% of direct sales net profit commission and 5% residuals (work that comes from the initial sale that isn’t part of the initial sale, so free money for life), is that an unfair wage in the eyes of this subreddit?
