My boss has started micromanaging, but also making decisions that cut across my team responsibilities.
The lines have always been quite blurred as to what is “his decision” and what is “my decision” and i am happy to defer as long as i am kept in the loop. Recently has made multiple decisions, said things to people that were incorrect and generally poked around in things that he shouldn't.
Frankly i am sick of it, it undermines me and makes it confusing for other people in the team and business. There has even been feedback before that people aren't sure who to ask as sometimes he will take ownership of things and other times he will suggest me.
I am going to quit soon and honestly i am looking forward to not having to deal with this shit.
