Middle- and lower-class treat homeless people the same way billionaires treat middle- and lower-class people.

I’m currently homeless. But I act like I’m not. I get haircuts, wear my nicer clothes, and try my best to act like I have places to be. When I go places like college campuses, sometimes workers will ask if I’m a student. I ask why they ask, and they say “Just making sure you’re not homeless. But you don’t look homeless, so never mind.” That nothing bad has happened to the spaces I’ve occupied proves there’s nothing wrong with homeless people occupying spaces. There’s just a lot of stigma and manufactures worry.
