I work for a hotel company, due to system issues/hacking, I am missing a pay check from months ago. Corporate knows of this but has been processing who is missing what since the start of February. Have gotten this same response by managaent since then. Is there anyway I can get compensation? Does it change on a case by case basis, or should I just continue to wait?
