Hello everyone, I would like to ask for a bit of advice as I am still a teen and don‘t have much work experience. So my mom has been working at this company for 3 years now and there‘s this colleague that tries to literally sabotage her any chance she gets (keep in mind my mom works her ass off and she actually does a good job and gets a lot of praise from her boss). For example today that colleague organised a meeting JUST to talk about how useless my mom is and i‘m not even kidding. We’re both convinced it’s because of the fact that we’re foreigners. She came home crying. Now my question is, what can she do? She has no proof her colleague is verbally abusing her and her boss will surely not do much. She is currently contemplating changing companies which sucks because the pain is absolutely horrid for what she does. Sorry if the question is dumb, I am just hoping that maybe someone who has gone through something similar may have some advice 🙁 She would love to report said colleague somewhere but doesn‘t know where and how to start. Thank you!
